Being a former art teacher I have a unique view of the value of art and love to incorporate it into every lesson. We try to do art every day here! Sometimes that is coloring with chalk on the sidewalk and not able to go home, but the following are a few of the projects the children have done. I believe in process more then product, this means that instead of every person's project being the same they are each individual. There are times of course when we want a certain finished project such as for holiday gifts, but the majority of learning comes from exploration and application.
